Welcome! This meeting room is equipped with:

  • Dedicated Windows PC
  • Logitech Rally Bar Huddle (camera, microphone, speakers)
  • Large Display Monitor

You can host or join video meetings, share your screen, or present wirelessly from your own device (BYOD) so long as you the same Wi-Fi as the room display/Apple TV.

How to Join a Meeting (Using the Room PC)

The Dedicated Room PC is the easiest way to host or join meetings.

  1. Wake up the PC and Display
    • Move the mouse or tap the keyboard.
    • If there’s a touch controller, press Power On / Wake.
  2. Join a Scheduled Meeting
    • Click Join on the room’s calendar invite (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, etc.).
    • OR launch the Teams, Zoom, Webex app from the PC and sign in.
  3. Use the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle
    • Camera, mic, and speakers work automatically with supported apps.
    • No setup required—just start your meeting.

How to Share a Presentation (Using the Room PC)

  1. Open your presentation files directly on the room PC – use a USB key/drive
    • pre-installed is Adobe Acrobat, Power Point, Word and Excel…
  2. Your content appears on the large monitor and may be shared with remote participants via .Teams/Zoom/Webex etc

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Instructions

You can bring your own laptop, phone, or tablet to present or participate in meetings.

Wireless Screen Sharing / Mirroring

The Room monitor supports AirPlay, Miracast, or Chromecast, you can mirror your screen directly without cables.

From iPhone/iPad (AirPlay):

  1. Swipe down ➡️ Open Control Center.
  2. Tap Screen Mirroring.
  3. Select the display name (e.g., “Room Display”).

How to Screen Mirror on Mac (AirPlay):

  1. Click the Control Center in the top-right menu bar.
  2. Select Screen Mirroring (icon with two overlapping rectangles).
  3. Pick your AirPlay-compatible device (Apple TV, Smart Display, etc.).

From Windows Laptop (Miracast):

  1. Press Windows + K.
  2. Select the display name (e.g., “Room Display”).

From Android Device (Google Cast / Smart View):

  1. Open Cast / Smart View from settings.
  2. Select the display.

Note: Wireless sharing shows content on the room display, but remote participants won’t see it unless shared via the room PC or if you join the meeting from your PC
